All apartment communities have issues but at The Forest Apartment homes they will resolve them. The location is pleasant, if you like to walk or run Duke Forest is close at hand. But be aware that the Forest is closed during hunting season. I had up to 4 men occupying the apartment below me, they were construction workers for a company, and the lease was in the company name. They would play music loudly at night waking my children.

This continued over months and the management did nothing although I complained to them repeatedly. When I did complain they admitted that because the lease was in the name of the company that they didn't know who exactly was occupying the unit. So they didn't know who should be on the property or not.

The workmen themselves were not please about my complaints and "suggested" that they could do whatever they wanted and that I should not complain. So I had four workmen who claimed themselves to be immune to management, or common decency and two small children to protect.
